About the workshop
Poona Kaur Bindra is a famous chef and author of the book “Flavours from an Indian Rasoi”. Till now, she has taken over 100 workshops, wherein she has tried to share her mastery with her students. With this workshop, you can expect to become a master kebab maker and use that knowledge to either appease your taste buds, or make a kebab centric menu for your kitchen business. Chef Poonam will take you through the process of making fresh garam masala with spices available at home. You will also learn how to give the dungar effect , cut vegetables or meat for kebabs, and acquaint yourself with the right consistency of marination. The workshop will also cover making of fusion dips that goes well with it. The best part about the workshop is that it covers kebab making without the requirement of OTG or tandoor.
